Hi Im Katie Walters and I am the fans liaison officer at Hull Kingston Rovers. This letter is to let you who I am and what I do for Rovers and the clubs visiting Craven Park.
As you know you are due to visit Craven Park on the 20th February 2005 so I just want to let you know about the facilities we have here for your travelling supporters.

Rovers accept the £25 pass that has been made available to all children from the initiative of the Rugby League. Student discount is also available on the production of a valid student union card.
Car Parking is available at Craven Park there is a charge of £2.00.
Craven Park offers wheelchair access for disabled visitors and we also offer changing facilities for babies. Wheelchair access can be found in both the Roger Millward Stand and the East Stand. There is a lift available for wheelchair users to watch the match in the Harry Poole bar area of the Roger Millward Stand.
The Harry Poole Bar is open to all fans, there is food being served in the bar before the match, all travelling supporters are welcome. After the match the Harry Poole bar is open to everyone there is always some post-match entertainment. This usually consists of post-match presentations and speeches and there is an artist to entertain us. There are various snack bars around the ground with a variety of food ranging from hotdogs, burgers, drinks and sweets. We have also just opened a new bar under East Stand where all travelling supporters are welcome.
You are able to contact me through the club if you have any queries about any of the facilities we have here at Craven Park. If you have any coach parties visiting us please let me know and I will be here to meet their coach and introduce myself. I will also be hanging around the turnstiles making myself known to any travelling supporters I see. I will be on hand during the game if any problems do arise for your travelling supporters. If your supporters ask a steward they will be able to find me in the event that any of your supporters need help.
If any of your supporters do come to me with any problems, with regards to the facilities we have here at Craven Park I will try to resolve the problem immediately. If the problem cannot be rectified immediately I will write to you with regards to the outcome from the problems raised within the week after the game. If you remember I was in contact with you at the end of last season and I would also like to thank you for the hospitality you showed us last week.
